TPE manufacturer Kraiburg is reorganising its European management teams to encourage sales and development staff to work together on customer projects
Spokesperson Lars Goldmann says the move will cut the time customers have to wait for their products. “The recession was not our first reason [for the reorganization],” he said. “Our philosophy is to get closer to our customer and especially gain greater efficiency in the production process.” Kraiburg will not cut any of jobs but some employees will have new roles, he added.
