Injection-molded plastic parts with electronic circuits offer numerous advantages for production of innovative mechatronic components. There are several methods of molded parts manufacture, and laser direct structuring is most perspective among them. Various specifically modified plastics are suitable for this process technology. The main advantage of laser direct structuring as compared to the majority of technologies is wide variations of conductor tracks design.
