The problem of entering World Trade Organization has become more vital recently, as the negotiation process is almost over. The head of external economic integration department of the chemical complex NIITEKHIM, expert on chemical and petrochemical industries in the working group of Russian Union of Business Support for elaboration of the position on Russia's entrance to WTO and tax policy reform, Valentina Gavrilenko shared with Plastiks magazine reporters the view of the consequences of entering WTO for domestic producers and plastics processors.
