A ware's development, manufacturing, following updating and launch to production take a Russian producer on average from 8 months to a year. This index lags behind corresponding manufacturing periods in Europe and Southeast Asia lasting about 3-6 months depending on a ware's complexity. The only way to achieve such periods' indices is to apply various computer technologies at all stages of a new product introduction.
